The Guimaras State College (GSC) Community Extension Services is the conduit of knowledge and information, skills and technology generated by the College that would effect change geared towards improving the quality of life of the people especially the poor marginalized and less privileged groups. Hence, partnership with the departments and other key partner stakeholders and development initiatives will reach out the people in different places not only in the province of Guimaras but outside Guimaras if possible and other partners in the community. It takes leads in implementing research-based and sustainable community extension programs/projects/activities of the College.
