The Guimaras State College Skills Training Center, is an office created to cater different skills training programs in response to the needs of the stakeholders within the Province of Guimaras. This aims to provide services to the community and to help develop their skills, knowledge and attitude to be globally competitive. The center also facilitates the assessment of trainees and helps secure a National Certification.
