Ms. Gandecila conducts a digital survey with a community participant to document operational preferences, capacity-building priorities, and other needs of local food processors.

The assessment gathered information about the community, the processors’ product innovation and value-addition practices, their capacity-building priorities, and their operational preferences. Using KoboToolbox, MIAU recorded responses through digital forms during fieldwork, enabling real-time data collection without paper forms and creating an organized record for later review and analysis.
