GSU and Audentes Technologies Seal MOA for Micro-Credentialing Opportunities

On April 27, 2026, Guimaras State University (GSU) formalized a partnership with Audentes Technologies through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on the implementation of micro-credentialing programs for both undergraduate and graduate students. The signing was held at the Office of the President and marks a new layer in the university’s efforts to align academic preparation with industry-recognized certification pathways.

Audentes Technologies is an education and technology partner known for providing certification programs, training modules, and assessment pathways aligned with global industry standards. The company works with academic institutions to deliver short-term, skills-based credentials—often referred to as micro-credentials—that supplement degree programs and strengthen graduate employability in fields such as digital literacy, productivity tools, and specialized technical competencies.

Under the agreement, GSU will pilot the initiative through its College of Science and Technology (CST). The partnership is expected to introduce structured certification tracks that students can complete alongside their academic coursework, allowing them to earn additional credentials recognized in both local and international labor markets.
