These items are located at GUIMARAS STATE UNIVERSITY- SALVADOR CAMPUS OVAL, MCLAIN, BUENAVISTA, GUIMARAS. The total floor price for ALL WASTE, SCRAP AND DISPOSABLE ITEMS/ MATERIALS is ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 150, 000.00).

- Conduct of Inspection of Properties to be disposed by prospective bidders: October 17-20, 2022 (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM)
- Submission of Sealed Bid Envelope: October 21, 2022 (1:30PM)
- Opening of Bids: October 21, 2022 (1:30PM)
- Evaluation of Bids: October 24, 2022
- Issuance of Notice of Award: October 25, 2022
Bid Proposal shall be required a Bid Security or Bidder’s Bond in cash equivalent to ten (10) percent of the bid proposal, which shall be deducted in the price offered upon winning the auction. This will be submitted at the BAC Office during the Opening of Bids which will placed in a sealed envelope together with other required documents (Please see attached Terms and Conditions) Auction Documents are available at the Secretariat of the Disposal Committee upon payment of non-refundable fee of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P1,500.00) to the University Cashier.
The public auction shall be in accordance with the existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations pertaining to the disposition of government property.
The Guimaras State College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities therein or to accept such bids as maybe advantageous to the government.
