Competency Preferably:
*with knowledge in planning, designing, and install radio communication systems *able to conduct requirement analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems *able to draft and develop IT/IS technical documents and user manual
*Excellent in computer applications
*Proficient in oral and written communication
