Preferably:
*Demonstrates knowledge and practical skills in the preparation, handling, and service of food and beverages (F&B), including food production processes and quality standards.
*Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage food service shifts, ensuring efficient serving of food, accurate execution of catering schedules, proper menu display, and availability of required food and beverage items.
*Possesses working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food handling practices in accordance with established health and safety standards.
*Coordinates with the catering management team to verify catering calendar entries, align staffing requirements, and ensure that all service requirements are properly fulfilled.
*Monitors and maintains inventories of catering and event equipment, ensuring proper storage, availability, and accountability for all issued and returned items.
*Ensures efficient, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service that meets customer expectations.
*Effectively coordinates daily food service operations, prioritizes tasks, and ensures the timely delivery of quality services.
*Provides guidance to food service personnel, promotes collaboration, and maintains a productive and professional work environment. |
