Competency Preferably:
*Demonstrates knowledge of the operations, administration, and management of State Universities and Colleges' (SUCs) Income-Generating Projects (IGPs), particularly dormitory operations, including the implementation of policies and procedures governing student housing.

*Possesses effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, issue notices, and communicate professionally with students, parents, employees, and other stakeholders.

*Delivers responsive, courteous, and client-centered service while effectively addressing the needs and concerns of dormitory residents.

*Establishes and maintains positive working relationships through professionalism, approachability, and effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

*Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and the ability to perform duties efficiently with minimal supervision while ensuring the smooth operation of the dormitory.
