Education Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor
Training 8 hours of relevant training
Work Experience 2 years of relevant experience
Competency Preferably: *Has the skills to develop and implement strategic framework to guide the provision of the legal services operation *Able to offer legal opinions and advice on legal matters
*Can interpret laws and rules that would affect the operations
*Can investigate cases of misconduct
*Can deliver timely reports, findings and recommendations
*Expert in drafting legal pleadings for court litigations
*with the ability to review and issue legal opinions on problems referred to the office
*Can handle issues related to squatting and land titling
