Competency Preferably:

*Understands institutional directions and ensures administrative systems support University priorities and regulatory requirements.
*Possesses knowledge of government budgeting, procurement, and financial processes; applies sound fiscal judgment and resource stewardship.
*Demonstrates systems thinking and the capacity to review, improve, and institutionalize administrative policies and procedures.
*Applies critical thinking in evaluating programs, identifying gaps, and recommending evidence-based solutions.
*Exhibits competence in administrative technologies, MS Office applications, and data management systems, including information security awareness.
*Communicates clearly and professionally; fosters collaboration and productive working relationships.
*Upholds ethical standards, confidentiality, transparency, and commitment to public service.
