Competency Preferably:

*With expertise in the PhilGEPS Online Portal and its operations

*Skilled in the preparation of the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) and the consolidation of the Annual Procurement Plan (APP)

*With excellent understanding of the New Government Procurement Act (Republic Act No. 12009), and its guidelines and processes

*Knowledgeable in the requirements of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) documentation and in the preparation of APP-CSE, Project Monitoring Reports, and the Annual Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicators (APCPI)

*Proficient in oral and written communication

*Capable of preparing memoranda and narrative reports
