Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
Training 4 hours of relevant training
Work Experience 1 year of relevant experience
Competency * With knowledge of COA rules and regulations.
* With background in DBM, CSC and RA 9184 guidelines.
* With background in government operations.
* Proficient in oral and written communication.
