Education Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Business Administration major in Accounting
Training 4 hours of relevant training
Work Experience 1 year of relevant experience
Competency *With knowledge of COA rules and regulations
*With background in DBM, CSC and RA 9184 guidelines
*With background in government operations
*Proficient in oral and written communication
