This is in connection with the scheduled opening of bids for the Construction/Rehabilitation of Academic Building – Main Campus with ITB No. 21-04-031 with an ABC amounting to Fifty Eight Million Six Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 58,685,000.00) only is hereby declared as failure of bidding as the BAC failed to follow the procurement procedures as per R.A. 9184.
Further opening of bids for the said project is held in abeyance, pending for decision of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
