In his address, Dr. Arboleda highlighted the importance of education in developing skilled, ethical leaders in the field of criminal justice, aligning with the objectives of SDG 4, which aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” He emphasized that the graduation of Class Kamandag intern officers reflects the university’s commitment to fostering a learning environment that empowers students to become competent professionals who contribute positively to society.

The newly graduated intern officers are expected to take on responsibilities that will enrich their academic journey, bridging theory and practice in a way that prepares them for real-world challenges. Through this hands-on approach, CCJE aims to produce graduates who are well-prepared to serve their communities and uphold justice, underscoring the university’s dedication to advancing quality education and equal opportunities in criminal justice.
