Competency Preferably:
* with the ability to plan, develop, implement and coordinate strategic operational and administrative programs, projects and services
*Able to establish and implement short, medium and long- range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures
*Able to provide strategic advice and consultation to leadership in developing, implementing and evaluating modifications and enhancement
*with knowledge in evaluating productivity and performance *Excellent in computer applications
*Proficient in oral and written communication
