GUIDELINES

  1. Research abstract for submission should be completed within November 18, 2019
  2. Research abstract should be between 200-250 words that follow the prescribed format

Title ( All capital letter in Tahoma, Bold)

Abstract(Tahoma) this part will contain the abstract of the paper that will be presented for the parallel sessions for 15 minutes. This must be 200-250 words only, single spaced. The abstract must contain the statement of the problem, the objectives of the research, the methodology used and the result or the output of the research.

Keywords(Tahoma,11) this must contain at least 5 important terms form the study

  1. Researchers will be notified two days after the submission of abstract.
  2. Once Accepted, the full papers shall be submitted on or before November 22, 2019.
  3. Full papers should be in publishable format composed of 4,000-6,0000 words excluding the abstract (Please see guidelines for Full Paper Format below).

INTRODUCTION (Tahoma,11)
The introduction must include the rationale and the main objectives with proper discussions of the variables as well as the significance of the study. This also includes the arguments and citations of the related literature and studies. Provide crisp and easy to read the content. The article should be readable by a normal user. Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are text, even after they have been defined in the abstract.

METHODOLOGY
(Tahoma,11)

This should describe the research method used in the study, discuss the sampling technique used in selecting participants, and explain the generation and validation of the instrument. The Data Collection procedures must also be well defined. The Statistical Tools used in the study must be well explained in the Data Analysis part. Ethical considerations (if applicable) are also considered important in informing the participants regarding the purpose of the administration of the instrument or the main purpose of the study. Included here are the proper way of putting sub-headings and its levels


RESULTS and DISCUSSION
This part should present the results of the study and should be comprehensively discussed. The paper should provide sufficient information and evidence to support the results. The references should be cited properly. Tables are numbered consecutively with a title that is written above the table. Figures should be numbers with Arabic numerals with the title that appears below the illustration.

CONCLUSION
A conclusion may review the main points of the paper, do not replicate the abstract as the conclusion. A conclusion might elaborate on the importance of the work or suggest applications.

REFERENCES
List all sources used in the study and must be written in APA Style

  1. Powerpoint presentations of accepted papers should be submitted on or before December 4, 2019. The Powerpoint presentation should contain the following:

Title
Abstract
Introduction
Introduction
Metholodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
References

  1. The presenter is given only Fifteen (15) Minutes for presentation. There will be no limit in the number of powerpoint slides as long as the presenter will be able to present within the given 15-minute limit. The Facilitator provide the signal for the remaining minutes left.
  2. The presentation must be in Powerpoint (office 2010 or earlier version) saved in a virus-free flash drive. The softcopy of the presentation must be given to the assigned facilitator before the parallel session begins.
  3. There will be a question-and-answer period right after the paper presentation
