Guimaras State University (GSU) formalized its contractual engagements with JPA and ILOBAC during a meeting and ceremonial contract signing held on July 21, 2026, at the Office of the University President, Salvador Campus.
The agreements, signed by University President Dr. Lilian Diana B. Parreño, institutionalize the provision of utility and security services that constitute integral components of the University’s operational ecology and campus governance framework.
Often operating at the interstices of institutional life, utility and security services remain indispensable to the seamless functioning of academic spaces. Their contributions permeate the quotidian rhythms of the University—from maintaining the integrity of its physical environment to safeguarding the welfare of its stakeholders.
