Competency Preferably:
* With knowledge of COA rules and regulations.

* With background in DBM, CSC and RA 9184 and RA 12009 guidelines.

* With background in government operations.

* Proficient in oral and written communication.

* Capable of meeting urgent reports and work under pressure.

* Excellent in analytical and wide comprehension in accounting principles.
