This seminar was organized under the School Youth Empowerment through Engagement in Agricultural Enterprise initiative and was attended by 4H-Club members.

The seminar aimed to educate participants on modern, organic, and sustainable farming practices. With the increasing demand for organically produced products, the discussion focused on natural-based crop protection methods that promote soil health and minimize the use of toxic chemicals. The event provided valuable insights into environmentally friendly and sustainable farming technologies.

The program was formally opened by Instructor Reynro T. Herrera, who welcomed the participants. Dr. Julius Vergara, Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences, also delivered a message emphasizing the importance of learning new agricultural techniques. The guest speakers, Mr. Concord Dumdum (Sales Supervisor, Region VI) and Mr. Amil Largo (Sales Supervisor, Region VII) from Bio-Agrownica, led the discussions on the latest trends in crop protection and introduced various organic products that support plant growth, development, and protection.

The lecture continued in the afternoon session, where participants gained practical knowledge about applying organic crop protection technologies to enhance farm productivity. Before the closing ceremony, certificates of appreciation and participation were awarded to the speakers and attendees. Ms. Jocerie Genodia, a 4H-Club member, shared her feedback, expressing gratitude for the valuable insights and looking forward to applying the learnings in their farms. The seminar was formally closed by Instructor Vivian A. Segobre.
