Two GSU Graduates Secure Spots in Top 10 of April 2025 Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam

Guimaras State University (GSU) continues to bolster its reputation for producing industry-ready graduates as two of its alumni earned places among the top performers of the April 2025 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination.

Jude Fernandez Ambid and Jose Terenz Beliran Parreño both clinched the 10th spot after recording an 88.75% rating. The two join an elite group of emerging professionals recognized for exceeding national competency standards in a highly competitive examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.

Ambid, notably, also secured the 6th spot in the August 2024 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination, signaling a consistent pattern of high-caliber performance across adjacent professional domains.

Adding further luster to the university’s standing, other students from the university who successfully passed the licensure examination include Josef Arfer Ardiente, Janine Joy Balinas, and Chrisvy Gelle T. Ga. Their success points to the breadth of capable candidates emerging from GSU’s academic pipelines, trained not merely to meet but to anticipate the practical demands of the real estate sector.

Congratulations! You carry the honor not just of passing — but of elevating what it means to be GSU-made. We celebrate your hard-won success in the 2025 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination. Your triumph plants new flags of possibility for all who dare to follow!
